1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request a cancellation of their project before development has officially started. If the domain has not been purchased and the hosting environment has not been deployed, a full refund of any deposit will be issued.

2. No Refunds Post-Deployment

Because our services include the purchase of digital assets (Custom Domains) on your behalf and the commitment of development time, we cannot offer refunds once the website has been deployed and the domain has been registered to you.

3. Revisions & Support

If you are not satisfied with the initial design, we offer revisions as outlined in your chosen package. We are committed to working with you until the website meets your expectations within the scope of the original agreement.
